Shipping Info
At Ellealexander Fashion, we ship to all 50 U.S. states. Please note that orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico incur a flat shipping fee of $22.00, regardless of the purchase amount. We offer free standard shipping on all orders for APO/FPO Military customers. Military addresses are shipped via the United States Postal Service with signature delivery confirmation the next business day.
Note: UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. However, if you wish to ship to a PO Box, please contact our customer care team, and we will accommodate your request if you call to place your order. Please be aware that we do not accept orders shipping to forwarding companies.
Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has shipped and payment is processed, an automated email will be sent to you. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you via email regarding any backorder or cancellation details.
Standard Shipping
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of $105 or more.
- $12.00 Standard Shipping on orders less than $105.
Standard (Ground) shipping is available through UPS Ground or UPS SurePost for the Contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Delivery typically takes 3-8 business days. Please note that Saturday delivery is not available.
Expedited Shipping
- $25.00 UPS 2nd Day Delivery
- $40.00 UPS Next Day Delivery
Expedited shipping via UPS 2nd Day Service or Next Day Service is available within the Contiguous United States (lower 48 states) for orders placed on business days before 10:30 am CST. Orders placed after 10:30 am will ship the next business day. Orders placed on national holidays will ship the following business day. Expedited shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Military addresses.
Please note that expedited shipping charges are non-refundable and cannot be applied to exchange orders.
