2) Orders
All orders are processed and shipped from the United States.

You will also need to create a username and password. Keep this information secure, and notify us if you suspect your account has been compromised.
Your order is an offer to purchase Goods from us. You will receive an order confirmation email, which does not guarantee the availability of your order. Once validation checks and stock availability are confirmed, we will proceed with dispatching your order. If any issues arise, we will notify you via email.
The contract between us is only finalized when we send you a Confirmation Email confirming the dispatch of your order.
3) Product Availability & Descriptions
The availability and specifications of the Goods may change without prior notice, although we aim to provide notice where possible. All product descriptions and images on the website are for illustrative purposes and may not be fully representative.
4) Price
Prices listed on the website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery charges. Prices may vary between the website, in-store, and other Ellealexander Fashion platforms. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you before dispatching your order, and you may choose to proceed or cancel. We are not obligated to fulfill orders where the price is obviously incorrect.
5) Payment
We accept payment via credit, debit card, and PayPal. Payment details are encrypted for secure transmission. Your payment card will not be charged until your order is dispatched. Do not send payment details via email as this is not secure.
6) Risk and Title
Ownership of the Goods passes to you when we receive full payment. The risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery.
7) Liability
We aim to ensure the Goods are of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Goods. We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as loss of income or profit, resulting from the purchase of Goods. Furthermore, we are not liable for events outside our reasonable control.

By using our website, you agree to receive communications electronically. All notices and contracts between us will be communicated through email or posted on the website. Notices sent via post will be deemed received three days after sending.

Contracts for the purchase of Goods through the website are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
